OFFICE MANAGER / TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Welcome to the Smile Shoppe. As our Treatment Coordinator, we'll meet at your first visit! I will help you understand your treatment and financial plan, answer questions, and make sure you're ready to start.

My Favorite thing about being a TC is meeting new people and seeing how they change during care. Those amazing smiles are incredible and I'm excited to see yours! I have been in the orthodontic field for over 20 years. The Smile Shoppe is a fun office to be a part of. I look forward to making each of my patients feel at home! I consider you family when you are in my office!

I have a passion for nutrition and health also! Outside of the office I have obtained several certifications in health, wellness, and nutrition. I spend my fee time with my husband of over 24 years! We have raised three amazing adults and are now enjoying being grandparents! We also love our full house of furbabies. Don't expect us to be inside though, we are always enjoying the beauty outdoors and have a hobby of bird-watching!

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR / SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING COORDINATOR

Hello, welcome to the Smile Shoppe. As a scheduling coordinator, I work hard to make sure each patient has a smooth treatment plan by properly scheduling all appointments. I love being the first point of contact whether it's through the phone or from a patient walking into the office. My favorite part of my job is building rapport and helping the patient feel comfortable with their orthodontic journey.

INSURANCE COORDINATOR

As the insurance coordinator here at The Smile Shoppe, I will work with each patient by verifying and communicating your orthodontic benefits, as well as processing all insurance payments. I love building relationships with our patients and seeing that beautiful smile! I can always see the confidence our patients have when treatment is finished!

I have worked for the Smile Shoppe as their insurance coordinator since 2022. I am CPR certified and have my Bachelors in Business Marketing.

When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. We love going to sporting events, playing at parks and just spending time as a family!

AIDEN

LAB TECH

As the Lab Tech at The Smile Shoppe, I am in charge of making all in house appliances. This includes making retainers and Arch Aligners. I work hard to perfect each patients appliance so their perfect smile can last them a lifetime.

I am a recent graduate from Marysville High School where I graduated Suma Cumme Laude, and played Baseball. I am currently enrolled as a student at The Ohio State University majoring in Animation.

When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with family and doing anything sports related. I have a strong passion for sports, and if you catch me outside of work I'm either practicing hockey, throwing the football or golfing!

As the Sterilization Tech at The Smile Shoppe, I will ensure your health, safety and comfort by seeing that your treatment is performed in a clean and sterile environment. I provide technical support for the clinic by maintaing the highest stardards of cleanliness.

Hello and welcome to the Smile Shoppe! As a treatment coordinator I welcome and assist new patients from their first visit all the way through the start of their treatment. I love developing friendships with our patients, making them comfortable, and providing them with an amazing experience in our office.

A little about me! I graduated from Ohio University with a degree in biological sciences, and then spent the next ten years in sunny Florida where I lived the beach life and also worked as an orthodontic assistant and treatment coordinator in Coral Springs. After moving back to Ohio, I joined the team here in Athens to continue doing what I love to do working in Orthodontics!

At home, I love being a mother to my daughter Reagan, and son Jonah. I also enjoy golfing, snow skiing, softball, music, going out to eat with my friends and attending sporting events with my husband Jeremy!

A little about me! I was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the U.S. permanently in 2002 and am now a naturalized citizen. It has been ten years since I started working in the orthodontic field where I fell in love with seeing our patients get the smiles they always wished for.

When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family, especially my grandson. I also love hiking, kayaking and riding my bike. You can also find me in my garden most days and out and about enjoying the beauty of nature!

A little about me! I joined my team here in Athens in 2018, and with that I have found an extremely fun and rewarding career in assisting. The most fulfilling part of my job is getting to see our patients’ confidence change as their smiles does; and being able to get the opportunity to develop friendships with our patients as we treat them!

In my free time, I find pleasure in being out in nature, playing piano and spending time with my family and friends!
